WHO WE ARE

The Southern District consists of three states and portions of two others – Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, the panhandle of Florida and the entire region around New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Our vision statement is:

“We are a Movement of God, empowered by His Spirit to produce healthy Great Commission Churches with Kingdom-focused outreach and missional passion at home and around the world!”

We are convinced that we must be “out there” in our communities demonstrating the reality of the Lord Jesus through not only the spoken word but in practical deeds that bring glory to God. No longer must we simply conduct church services and expect people to show up at our doors. On the contrary, we as believers must develop new friendships in our neighborhoods, on the job, in our activities all for the purpose of seeing a great number of people meet Christ as Lord and Savior. The Southern District is in the process of change, not just to be different, but in obedience to the Great Commission Christ has given us.
