Summer Camp 2008

Children's Camp will be June 8-13 (Sunday-Friday). It's open to
all 1-6th grade students (grade entering in the fall).

Summer Camp 2008 - "Base Camp"

Summer is fast approaching and we're gearing up for an awesome
week at camp. We'll be sending out some brochures in a week or
so - in the meantime, here are some details for you.
Where? Poplar Point Camp
When? June 1-6 (Sunday-Friday)
How much? $140 (add $25 late registration after May 14th)
What else? This year's theme is "Base Camp." We'll be
talking about our journey with Christ and how we need the fundamentals
in order to live out our Christian lives to the fullest. Jay McCullough
will be our speaker for the week.

in the mail as well. If

Men's Retreat, May 2-3, 2008

I hope all is going well with you and your church. I am writing
to encourage you and the men of your church to attend the District
Men’s’ Retreat at Poplar Point Camp. It is scheduled
for May 2-3, 2008. These dates are a Friday and Saturday so they
will not interfere with your Sunday services.
This year’s speaker will be Rev. Craig Smith, an Ojibwe
Indian. He is licensed and ordained by The Christian & Missionary
Alliance as a National Evangelist. He is currently the director
of On Eagles’ Wings a cutting edge Native American Evangelistic
team. Your men will be thoroughly challenged and blessed by his
ministry.
Please mark these dates on your church calendar! You will find
enclosed flyers for your bulletins and brochures with registration
forms for the men interested in attending. If you have any questions
feel free to call me or the District office.
